Richmond Place meets every need your student will have while in college so they can achieve what they came here for in an enjoyable atmostphere.
Annual Lease Agreements
In most cases, lease agreements at Richmond Place run for a one-year period. All apartments, with the exception of the studio, are rented via a group lease agreement.
Affordable floor plans
Richmond Place has three spacious floor plan options so they will easily be able to find the perfect match to suit their needs. We have an efficiency unit, studio, three-bedroom and four-bedroom homes.
What is included in the rent?
Richmond Place rent includes: utilities (water), Internet, washer & dryer (coin-operated), access to all of Richmond Place's amenities, and a wonderful staff that is there to assist you with maintenance or other needs at anytime.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of every month. You may choose to pay a single installment for the entire year if desired. We accept payment via check, money order, or through the online system.
